Yay, I'm finally sweet 16!!! Nuthin really special right on my b-day, but I still get to have a family dinner when it is convenient and a slumber party!

The summary:

It has been a month since the Black Arms Invasion devastated planet Earth, and while Sonic and friends have been working in the community helping to rebuild civilization, Shadow the Hedgehog is at peace, restoring the parts of the Space Colony ARK that have been damaged in the disaster. He may have put the past behind him, but the knowledge of his now-known past fills him with wonder even more about who he, himself is. One day while exploring, he encounters a secret door, leading down a part of the ARK that Shadow had never been to before. At first, he wonders if anyone else knew about it, but upon entering a secret laboratory, he triggers a video upon a screen. "Shadow, if you have discovered this place, then it is apparent that I could no longer hide anything from you anymore..." It turns out to be Professor Gerald Robotnik, his surrogate father. Shadow is bewildered what the Professor means, until a glass chamber suddenly opens, and Shadow finds another surprising discovery.

A woman, a hedgehog about early 20s, locked away in a frozen time chamber for 50 years, just like Shadow had been. In her awakening, Shadow learns that not only did he carry Black Doom's blood, but hers as well, and thus concluding that she is Shadow's biological mother. Shadow, too shocked to believe this, denies her, and sends her down to Earth in an escape pod. At first, he seems to be uneasy about this, until he learns that his "mother" was kidnapped by Dr. Robotnik, (Eggman), as a means to lure Sonic into a trap in a new master plan for world domination. It leads up to a point, where Sonic and Shadow team up together, to learn a forbidden past that links Sonic and Shadow together in destiny.

That THAT, my friends, is where the Contest comes in! I need anyone to come up with a reference chart for Shadow's Mother. You can make her up!

Oh, I almost forgot! Her name I will figure out too, so for your entries, name them "Shadow's Mother" or something like that! As far as you guys are concerned, she is anonymous!

The winner gets to have their own fan-character appear in my other series, the Legend of the Black Rose, as one of the major characters! Though their own backgrounds and histories would not tie into the plot of that series, they will be considered a resident of Twila', the home-planet of Crystal, Princess Star, and Dax. (If the winner does not have a fan-character, they have the choice to make one for the story, or a guaranteed free art request)

The time for judging is drawing alarmingly close, and by the time March comes around, I'll make my final decision. If you're planning to hurry the entries in people, I frankly advise you to please hurry. If you guys still need more time, I will be flexible enough to name the final date March 21st.

I'll await those entries, but every single one of them are AWESOME! Mechanical arm ideas by and :iconmega-doodle: are a nice touch, 's gives it a unique, furry feel, 's has a classic theme to him, and has made him a little adolecent, but in the same way, makes him seem the good friend to Crystal he is!
